Overall, the watch is in outstanding condition. The original glossy, brown tropical dial retains its original radium luminous and remains in excellent condition. Dial and hands show original, matching radium lume. One of the most exciting gilt tropicals dials I have seen in my tenure as watch specialist and dealer of the course of the last 15 years. Absolutely outstanding, pics cannot do it justice. The watch case is very strong, absolutely unpolished. The movement is very clean. The recently serviced watch is in excellent running condition, showing a high amplitude, keeping accurate time. (270°; +8s/d). Overall, in excellent, investment grade condition. The watch comes from a collector in Austria, who bought it at auction in Sweden, where it was unearthed a while back completely untouched. An absolutely unique example!
