Overall, the watch is in excellent condition. The dial is in excellent all original condition. Dial and hands retain their original radium luminous mass, responding to UV light and geiger counter correctly. The lume was partly restored on hour markers 8 and 9 and in the minute hand, very professionally, only seen under UV light with loupe.The rest of the luminous mass is original. There is a small oil spot to the subsidiary second, that can be removed. The case appears to be in very good condition, unpolished, but used with visible cuff wear. The watch was recently serviced, running very strong with a high amplitude, keeping accurate time. (285°, +8s/d). The watch comes from a friendly dealer in Germany. 

This is a rare variation of the 2990-1 Ranchero without the ‘Ranchero’ signature on the dial. This one is signed Seamaster only, the so-called ‘Seachero’. A much rarer variation.
